Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

This document governs use of the Betolla Cosmetics website, accounts, ordering, pharmacy services, content and automated consultant. By using an interactive service, creating an account or confirming an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. The Arabe version is the controlling version.

1. Acceptable use

Provide accurate information and do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, misuse another person’s account, or use automated extraction that harms the service. Where the law requires it, a minor must use account or purchasing services with a parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. Accounts

Client and pharmacy accounts are separate from staff accounts. You are responsible for protecting your password and reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, security incidents or material violations, subject to applicable law.

3. Commandes, pricing and delivery

A product listing is an invitation to order. An order is final only after review and confirmation. Prixs, stock and promotions may change. Espèces on delivery is the current payment method unless checkout states otherwise. Livraison dates are estimates, and accurate contact and address details are required.

4. Annulerlation and returns

Contact support to request cancellation before preparation or dispatch. Exchanges and returns depend on product condition, sealed packaging, the reason for return and mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not remove any right that cannot legally be waived.

5. Produits and automated guidance

Produit pages, articles and the automated consultant provide general information only and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Read product labels and warnings. Do not submit sensitive health data, secrets or unnecessary personal information to the consultant.

6. Privacy

We may process identity, contact, address, account, order, wishlist, support and consent records, plus limited security data such as timestamps, network address or its protected hash, and browser or session identifiers, depending on the security record. We use this information to operate accounts and orders, deliver products, send essential service messages, prevent abuse, improve operations and meet legal duties. The current system does not store payment-card details.

7. Sharing, retention and cookies

Information is shared only as needed with authorized staff and hosting, email, delivery or support providers, or where legally required. We do not sell personal data. Necessary cookies support sessions, login, cart, language, security and proof of acceptance. Non-essential analytics or advertising would require a separate choice where applicable.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, objection or deletion where no lawful retention duty applies. Identity verification may be required. Data is handled under applicable Jordanian requirements, including relevant personal-data protection duties.

9. Changes and law

Material updates receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan without limiting mandatory consumer or data-subject protections.
